Biometric Notice

We process your photo and its facial features only to prepare your visa photo. Specifically, we:

• detect and crop your face;
• resize the photo to the selected destination's specification;
• replace the background;
• run automated checks against the selected specification; and
• deliver the finished file to you.

We do not:

• identify you or match your face against any identity or database;
• create or store a permanent facial template;
• use your photo for advertising;
• sell, share, or trade your photo or facial data.

To check your photo against the selected specification, we send the processed image to Google's Gemini API, which returns automated judgments (for example, eyes visible, no headwear, neutral expression). This is a paid Google service; Google does not use your images to train or improve its products.

Retention is the same as our Privacy Policy: unpaid photos are deleted after 1 hour, your original upload after 1 hour, and paid final photos after 30 days.

You can delete an unpaid photo immediately from the “saved photo” card, or request deletion of any photo at any time by contacting privacy@norshadynamics.com.
